It Happens In a BLINK...

Oh, they are growing up SO fast...Every day, it seems, we are moving into new size clothes..they out grow their little shoes for bigger ones....and they develop new strengths and interests!! They are changing and growing up in a BLINK of the EYE......

**My 3 year old can't be found these days WITHOUT a golf club in hand:
He seriously has a natural love for it...It is crazy to watch HOW determined he is to hit the ball over and over again and WON'T stop until he's proud of his hit....
***And...HOW LONG IS IT until my 6 year old gets tired of constant tea parties for the "babies"??? She loves playing "HOUSE" with them...OH..I'll be SO sad the day she doesn't want to play this game anymore:
**God has blessed my children with coordination...My 5 yr. old can be found on ANY given day with a ball in hand:When did he get big enough to play football with Daddy?? Crazy...he's getting so big so fast:

**My 6 and 8 year old girls invited the "girls" from their classes over this Friday night to watch the Premier of Camp Rock 2...They were so excited and worked so hard for this:
They got all the snacks out and got the tables ready and made decorations....They were so cute:

And...their friends arrived and I listened in the back to giggles and chatting about the movie...SIMPLY PRICELESS....BUT..SIMPLY too TOO BIG!!!! :(
***And......NOT to mention HOW BIG this LITTLE MISS is getting:

What happened to my baby??? She's almost 22 months old and I can't believe HOW much she is talking and becoming a BIG kid over night.....
I LOVE these moments where they are holding hands playing together and they don't know I'm capturing it all on my camera....I pray they ALWAYS hold hands and ALWAYS feel the love for one another that they feel TODAY!!! They make me smile!!!! :)
May YOU ALL enjoy every little moment...Right now they are 8, 6, 5, 3 and 1...and before I know it they'll be 18, 16, 15, 13, and 11....Oh, hurt me....cause it happens in a BLINK.....
Happy Sunday to you all, kj

  2. Be encouraged Kristi! My two oldest girls 15 and 9 still jump on our trampoline at least 5 out of 7 nights while listening to i-pods and singing so loud together that our neighbors can hear them. On most nights my older children are asleep in home made tents upstairs with the little guys. When the love of family is breed in them.... they NEVER out grow it! Your kiddos are precious!

your video of bringing Lucy home was one of the first I watched when deciding to adopt. i loved the video. i wanted to share it on my blog, if that is okay. i have placed it under the 'videos' as one scrolls down the page.

Lucy is getting so big !! she is adorable.

hey- and if you happen to be a candle Tart lover- our fundraiser is open now; HomeTarts, tarts in Ethiopian colors.

Thank you for sharing your video of Lucy; so we could share it with the world.

  6. I hear ya....just sent out invitations to my son's second birthday party. :( The funny thing is, I never pictures myself enjoying it so much! So fast, but every moment I find myself loving them MORE and having MORE fun!
By the way, I'm secretly wishing I had an ivite to the Camp Rock 2 premier (not that I would have flown to TN for it ;) b/c I was REALLY wishing I had someone to watch it with ;)
