This Year's ORDINARY HERO Video......

Wow...it is HARD to move on from PASSING COURT to WAITING for Embassy....but I must do it.....So, ONE WEEK AGO TODAY i became a momma to 6 LITTLES!!!! I just can hardly wait to have that 6th LITTLE home with us!! Oh, he's so yummy cute!!! :)

BUT, to pass the time, I attended the Ordinary Hero Benefit Dinner on Thursday night....IT was a HUGE success and so much fun!! This is the video that was shown and IT IS SO GOOD!! I'm so proud of my big sister Kelly and all the efforts she puts into Ordinary Hero!! And, I just can't believe HOW MANY children have found their forever families due to her hard work!! I also have to give a shout out to my Wes's agency, CCI, because lots of children in this video were ONCE waiting children with that agency!! It's a beautiful thing to see families come together....

Enjoy the video..Silence my music at the bottom of my page....visit www.ordinaryhero.org to learn more.....and BE BLESSED.....happy Monday to you all, kj

  1. Oh, Kristi! This video was such an encouragement in the midst of such uncertainty with the Ethiopia program. We've been waiting with AGCI for over 7 months with parameters of 0-4... lots of time for Satan to try and steal joy while planting seeds of doubt and fear. This was encouragement to seek God's will, and to follow Him who loves us!

  2. That video had me in tears! Even though we are adopting from Ghana, I hold Ethiopia dear in my heart. Prayers to all in the adoption process. Most of all, I am so impressed by the organization and all that you are doing!!!

  3. The video was awesome and inspiring. Thank you for sharing. I have heard so many different things about the current situation with Ethiopian adoptions. We are currently researching domestic and foreign adoptions. Ethiopia has definitely grabbed my heart. I'm sure you have the most up to date information. What are your thoughts?

  4. Well..i hear lots of conflicting things..but i haven't actually seen ANY slow down yet...court dates keep being given, referrals keep going out, people keep passing court first time, and embassy keeps passing families...so I dont' know what the future holds, but for now, things look good still...that's my thoughts, kristi
