  1. Wow... amazing video! So grateful for all your family has done for the children in need, and for inspiring us to work to make a difference too...We have adopted domestically twice...but my heart still aches for Ethiopia. Praying my husband and I can begin the journey someday soon....Wishing you and your family many more blessings in 2012.

  2. I have tried to message you privately and I keep getting errors so here goes. I have written to you before, love your blog. I have 6 children now with my youngest being my 13m old baby boy who went home to Jesus Dec 3,2011. We still have no answers as to why he died. He was teething and seemed uncomfortable so I laid him down-I will regret this for the rest of my life. I tried desperately to save his life. That was 12-1-11. He died 12-3-11 in my arms surrounded by family and love. I have a memorial fund set up for him. I want to do something in his name where we know exactly what will save the baby/child's life. I also want to be sure it goes directly to help that person. All my children are adopted. 1 daughter 5 sons. I have followed your blog so any pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated. Africa has always held a place in my heart I think because those suffering babies have the same giant brown eyes as my little boys. My family and I have thought about building a well, sending money for life saving medications and food/formula. I know there are may out there that aren't legit so any pointers would be great. I miss my baby so much, he was such a happy, loved, full of love baby. I had thought I was done having more children. God had other plans. And I wouldn't trade one second of my son's 13m 2 weeks and 6 days of life.Even knowing this pain. I want to help because no mother should EVER know this pain.
