ReplyDeleteI wanted to write to you privately but cannot get it to go through. I was wondering if you can point me in the right direction. My beautiful (almost) adopted son died on Dec 3, 2011 at the age of 13months 2weeks and 6 days. I brought him home from the hospital at birth. He took a nap Dec 1, 2011 and stopped breathing. I did CPR and at the ER they told me to say goodbye. I touched his head, kissed his cheek and begged him not to leave me. His heart started but the damage to his brain was already done. He survived until the 3rd when he went home to God while I held him in my arms. We still have no answer as to why? His 4 brothers and 1 sister and I are trying desperately to be ok. I want to find a way to help the children in Africa, who look so much like my sweet boys. I want to help a child who can/will die even though we know exactly what will save them. Whether it is food, medicine or a well. But I want to be sure the money sent in my son's name goes directly to help those in need. Any ideas as to where to start looking?
ReplyDeleteThank you so much,
